Meditation Teacher Training - Level 2

Are you ready to completely let go of what you know to allow space for what is unknown?
This training expands on what you have learned in Level 1, while taking you into more advanced meditation techniques. Moving away from a structured way of guiding, this training is designed to create a more embodied and direct meditation style. As the foundation of this practice is expanded the technology of meditation is known. This training strips back the ideas and concepts of meditation to move you from a meditator into true meditation.
The Details
In this 25hr training course, there will be less content and more focus on context. There will be philosophical discussions that weave in newly emerging science, however, the majority of the focus will be on the practice of meditation. What have you learned? What have you unlearned? How are you authentically serving our communities through meditation? What insights are becoming illuminated? What ways do you need to be supported in your own practice?
This course is for experienced meditators and those who have completed Level 1 Meditation Teacher Training. Participation during class time as well as the completion of assignments outside of class time will be required for those who wish to be Certified Level 2 Meditation Teachers, which leads to a Cumulative 50 Hr Training.

Teacher Training is for you if…
This invitation is for those who are committed to sharing this practice of compassion and insight. Experience is required and Level 1 training must be completed prior to this course, or an equivalent training.
The training is $429 + GST
The next offering of Meditation Teacher Training Level 1 will be offered in the Fall of 2025.

Yes! This training is currently exclusively offered in-person.

The training is being held in the beautiful yoga studio, Yogarise Studio; a community-focused studio nestled in the heart of Parkland County, AB.

There is an option to receive a 25-hr Level 2 Meditation Training Certification. To obtain the certification you will be required to complete additional assignments, including a practicum, outside of the in-person weekend, for a total of 25 hrs.

There will be a lot of sitting. That is a natural requirement of an immersive in-class training, however, you do not need to be sitting crossed-legged or in full lotus. You are welcome to bring additional cushions, pillows, a backjack, or any other items to help you be as comfortable as possible. You are also welcome to use a chair or stretch throughout the weekend as needed.
