I am a curious, compassionate, intuitive being who is walking the path of healing and self-discovery. I am here to support others who are committed to this path, to hold space and mirror what is ready to be seen, heard, felt, and alchemized. From being a forever student, learning and unlearning, to creating sacred sanctuaries for others, my journey continues to unfold with dedication and humbling awareness.

I believe that this work is a process. My work helps me to continually expand my capacity for contradiction and nuance, to hold multiples Truths. My personal work is a co-created collaboration of experiences, teachings, and trainings from friends, family, and teachers from all around the world. I acknowledge the lineages that these practices originate from and am deepening my understanding of how I can work in right relationships with those communities who have provided me these teachings that I now offer to others.

I currently practice and teach breathwork, meditation, yoga, and somatics. My offerings are an extension of my own work and an honoring of all those who have walked alongside me and before me.
