Meditation has been practiced throughout history by people from various religious, spiritual and philosophical backgrounds for thousands of years.
This ancient practice allows us to connect deeply to the quiet stillness of Truth within each of us. This beautiful and rich exploration enables us to nurture and share this sacred space with others.
The Details
In this 25hr training course, we will focus on the philosophical and spiritual practice of meditation as well as touching on the scientifically proven benefits. You will learn how to create and hold space for students to safely explore within. Weaving tradition and techniques together, you will have the ability to begin guiding others while moving even deeper into your own practice. Consciously exploring the vast inner landscapes of our Beings, we will be able to intimately connect with the mystical and mysterious practice of meditation.
Students will have the opportunity to surrender and trust in their own inner teachers as we move through the experiences of facilitation, art of guiding and class development. Participation during class time as well as the completion of assignments outside of class time will be required for those who wish to be Certified 25hr Meditation Teachers.

Teacher Training is for you if…
This invitation is for those who feel called to deepen their practice and share their love of silence with others. All are welcome to participate in this course, however, prior experience and a consistent meditation practice is recommended.
The training is $399 + GST
The next offering of Meditation Teacher Training Level 1 is Feb 27-Mar 1 in Spruce Grove, AB. with the option to join online.
Hours of the training are:
Friday evening
Saturday and Sunday 9-5pm
The Spruce Grove in-person training takes place at a private acreage studio surrounded by nature. If you would like to join online, please choose the Online option when booking.

Yes! This training is currently exclusively offered in-person.

The training is being held in Edmonton, AB. at the incredible community-based studio, Above Average Wellness.

There is an option to receive a 25-hr Level 1 Meditation Training Certification. To obtain the certification you will be required to complete additional assignments, including a practicum, outside of the in-person 20-hr weekend, for a total of 25 hrs.

There will be a lot of sitting. That is a natural requirement of an immersive in-class training, however, you do not need to be sitting crossed-legged or in full lotus. You are welcome to bring additional cushions, pillows, a backjack, or any other items to help you be as comfortable as possible. You are also welcome to use a chair or stretch throughout the weekend as needed.

You can withdraw from the training up to 10 days before the training begins. After this point, the materials and your spot will have been confirmed and paid for.
